Frequently asked questions
How do I bring my existing listings in?
Three ways: CSV bulk import, pulling the portal’s XML feed, or pasting a listing page address and importing one by one. Location names map to official records, features to your own list.
Will a portal import overwrite my panel edits?
No. A listing edited in the panel is protected unless the conflict policy explicitly says the portal wins; listings whose content hash is unchanged are never rewritten.
Do visitors need an account for favourites?
No. Favourites live in the visitor’s browser; the server only returns the cards for those listings. Unpublished listings drop off the list automatically.
Can I run several branches and agents?
Yes. Branches are optional; agents link to panel users and see only their own portfolio. Deleting an agent never deletes listings, only the link.
Do I lose content when switching themes?
No. Pages, sections, menus and settings stay with the site; the theme changes only the look. Preview and apply from the theme manager in one click.
